sometimes this spiteful feeling can be caused by bad relationships, bad experiences, bad memories...
or just sick people who poison our minds with doubts & dark believes... trust me, they do exist.. instead of helping you, they just feed ur heart with anger and hate to others...

give yourself sometime.... outcast yourself for awhile... just to clear things up so that you can make peace within yourself first, then the others...
